Shipping
Orders placed before 6 p.m. on weekdays will be shipped within three business days. We pack each item with the utmost care to ensure that your order arrives safely - even with the most fragile glasses. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your package has shipped, including tracking information.
Return
You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt.
Be sure to return the product in its original packaging, or in packaging that protects it just as well.
Notice:
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund damaged products. If a return contains breakage damage, the purchase price will be adjusted based on the number of undamaged products returned in good condition.
- Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the purchase price within 7 days.
